Missed Appointment / No-Show Policy

We ask that patients please notify us in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• First missed/ No-Show appointment: No charge.
• Second missed/ No-Show appointment: Verbal and written warning will be issued.
• Third missed/No- Show appointment: A $50 no-show fee will be charged.

‍Please note that no future appointments can be scheduled until the $50 fee is paid in full.
